To our loyal customers and friends, we will be open on Thursday & Friday for Take Out Service Only and we have made some temporary changes:

  • Our dining room will be closed to minimize exposure
  • We will only accept credit cards for payment to eliminate handling of cash back and forth
  • Samples and tastings at the cutting blocks have been discontinued until further notice
  • We have lowered the minimums for pre-orders to 10 lbs. and do not require a 14 day notice
  • The cut off to place a pre-order will be on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm. You may place a pre-order on our website. We’ll call you to confirm the order

 

You will be able to order hot food as usual from our regular full menu or order whole chilled meats to stock those freezers and refrigerators. We will have plenty of smoked, vacuum packed meats:

  • Whole Chilled Briskets
  • Slabs of Beef Ribs (3 bones)
  • Vac Sealed 5 lb. bags of Pulled Pork

 

These are great to have in your refrigerator to warm up for a healthy family meal.

We know the lines are temporary longer than normal and we appreciate your patience in line. Our two meat cutters and the rest of the team continue to do all they can to serve everyone. If you do have to wait in line, please take a few moments to decide what you want BEFORE you come to the counter. And as a courtesy to those in line behind you, we kindly ask that you place 1 complete order per person and allow us to wrap meats in bulk, (no separate packages).
